Seema, our co-founder, was taught this work by her teacher Maria Lucia and has been practicing for 25 years - using sound breath, healing tools and essential oils to clear and infuse energy

Experience a therapeutic journey with our integrated energy work sessions. Weaving together gentle yet powerful energetic modalities such as Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, and Healing Touch, these sessions create a harmonious flow within your energy system. The work is conducted both through gentle touch and with hands hovering above the body, promoting a deep sense of relaxation and balance. To further ground your energy and connect you to the earth, a soothing foot massage is incorporated. Finally, carefully selected chakra essential oils are applied to enhance the energetic alignment and promote overall well-being. Let us guide you towards a state of profound peace and rejuvenation.
