Healing Home Massage
A session with a focus on the muscles, connective tissues and bones. In many ways a “traditional” massage. We use both broad and specific contact with a variety of pressures. Passive joint mobilization, deep specific work for sore areas and an emphasis on our physical body and its interworking structors. Excellent for active people looking to potentially enhance performance and recovery time.

The Yin and Yang
This session is our offering to your body’s nervous system and the myriad of bodily systems it relates to. From day-to-day stress to more traumatic life experiences, our health and wellbeing depend on a balanced nervous system.
Beginning with work on the back body, we offer broad, firm contact, and various pressures to ease the multiple layers of muscle and tissue. Once you are supine or face-up, the more vulnerable side, we flow into a more subtle and energetic session with a deep presence and lighter pressure - offering aromatherapy and other sensory enhancements or customizations.

Esalen® Massage
Esalen could be considered our ‘Mothership.’ We are proud to offer our purist interpretation of Esalen® Massage.
A session with long, flowing strokes, medium pressure, a three-dimensional approach to the body and deep presence. Esalen® Massage is inspired by the multiple water sources in Big Sur that flow around the Institute, including the famous hot springs. The Land, the healing spaces, and its dedicated teachers have been a point of inspiration for all of us at Healing Home. Our practitioners are Esalen® Massage certified.

Light Body Infusion
Light Body Infusion is a hands-on healing practice with gentle energetic touch and clearing, which works on the physical, mental, emotional, relational and spiritual levels.
Working directly on the energy body, we’ll balance the chakras, cleanse old thought forms, and gently facilitate release of emotional, physical, and spiritual blockages.
This is done fully clothed and accompanied by a brief intention setting guided meditation, foot massage, and aromatherapy.
